Carrey and Daniels return as Harry and Lloyd
The first trailer for the comedy sequel Dumb and Dumber To has been released online. The film will see Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels return as the hopeless lead characters Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne in a follow up to 1994 hit comedy.
This new film picks up 20 years after the original film, where it seems Lloyd has played an ill-considered prank on Harry. Afterwards Harry discovers that he has unknown daughter that he has never met, which the hapless duo decide to track down.
The film is directed by comedy aficionados The Farrelly Brothers, who directed the original film in the 90s. The new film also stars Kathleen Turner, Laurie Holden, Rob Riggle, Steve Tom, Rachel Melvin and Brady Bluhm and will be released in the UK on December 19.
